- Email The Network Hub at info@thenetworkhub.ca
- Include your name, membership type, and cancellation request
- Request confirmation and the effective date of cancellation

- Visit your Network Hub location
- Speak with reception about membership cancellation
- Fill out any required cancellation forms
- Request a confirmation receipt
