Cancel Online
- Sign in to your Slack workspace as an admin
- Go to Settings & Administration > Workspace settings
- Click 'Billing' tab
- Click 'Change plan' or 'Downgrade to Free'
- Follow the prompts to confirm

Downgrading to Free keeps your workspace but limits message history to 90 days and restricts integrations.
