How to Cancel
Cancel Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online
- Go to Settings (gear icon) > Account and Settings
- Click 'Billing & Subscription'
- Click 'Cancel subscription' or 'Cancel trial'
- Follow the prompts and confirm
Cancel by Phone
- Call Intuit at 1-800-446-8848
- Select the option for QuickBooks Online
- Request cancellation of your subscription
- Confirm and note the cancellation reference number
Tips
Export all your financial data before cancelling. QuickBooks data is only accessible for a limited time after cancellation.
