- Call Pacific Blue Cross at 1-888-275-4672
- Select the option for individual plan members
- Request cancellation of your plan
- Provide your member ID and personal details
- Request written confirmation by email or mail
Cancel by Email
- Email Pacific Blue Cross at info@pac.bluecross.ca
- Include your member ID, full name, and cancellation request
- Request confirmation and effective date of cancellation
