Cancel Online
- Open Settings on iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name > iCloud > Manage Storage
- Tap 'Change Storage Plan'
- Select 'Downgrade Options'
- Choose the free 5GB plan
Tips
Ensure your iCloud usage is under 5GB before downgrading, or files may be deleted.
