How to Cancel
Cancel by Email
- Send a cancellation request to support@freel.ca
- Include your account email and subscription details
- Request confirmation of cancellation
Your email app will open with a pre-filled template. Fill in the fields marked with [ ] before sending.
Cancel Online
- Sign in to your Freel.ca account
- Go to Account settings or Billing
- Look for 'Cancel Subscription'
- Follow the prompts to confirm
