How to Cancel
Cancel Online
- Go to Facebook Ads Manager
- Click 'Billing' in the left sidebar
- Pause or stop all active campaigns
- Go to 'Payment Settings' to remove your payment method
- Turn off automatic ad account billing
Tips
Simply pausing campaigns stops new charges. Remove your payment method to prevent accidental reactivation.
Watch Out For
Facebook may send emails about ad credits to encourage reactivation.
