Cancel by Phone
- Call Bell Mobility at 1-800-667-0123
- Request to cancel your wireless plan
- Provide your account number and PIN
- Confirm any early termination fees if on contract
- Request a confirmation number
Cancel Online
- Log in to MyBell at bell.ca
- Navigate to your wireless account
- Look for 'Cancel Service' option (may be limited online)
- You may need to call to complete the cancellation
Tips
Check your contract end date first. Early termination fees may apply. Under CRTC Wireless Code, ETFs are capped and decrease monthly.
Watch Out For
Bell's retention department will likely offer discounts, plan changes, or credits. Be firm if you want to cancel. Ask for the 'loyalty' or 'retention' department for better offers.
